As testified by Annette
The truth of the matter is I have no clue where to start. This is only one of many ways my life has been touched by The Lord’s grace and love. I pray it blesses all who read it as it does me every time I share it. Continue reading
“I’ve never felt like I truly belonged anywhere”
I’ve never felt like I truly belonged anywhere, from a young age I’ve moved from home to home and I never stayed in a town or city for longer than a year. Because of this, I tried to be all things to all people; being whatever the environment called me to be.
‘There is just too much noise’
It’s more difficult for young people to find God in today’s world. There is just too much noise. Whether it’s notifications from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or managing several What’s app conversations; It’s hard to find God amidst all these distractions.
Singleness can be tough, especially when your friends appear to be moving on
Ok so, Team Testified interviewed a group of Christian Youths hoping to capture their thoughts on relationships. They shared 5 really strong points. And whilst this list is not exhaustive, I’m sure we can all relate.

As I studied the bible, watched teachings on YouTube, prayed with friends, I grew to understand that I was ‘barely living’, I was missing out on a richer experience filled with life, joy, peace, health and much more.
A week before my student visa expired I had no job offers…
God has been so good to me and each day I learn how sovereign He is. I am a foreign student in the UK recently finishing my Masters degree with distinction. Staying to developing a career in the UK was my vision and so I started applying for jobs.
‘By the age of 9 I had regularly witnessed bursts of domestic violence, adultery, and soon after, divorce’.
Remember the Turner classic hit “What’s Love Got to Do with It”? This would be a perfect depiction of how I felt before encountering a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Although I was brought up in a culturally Christian environment, where Christian principles underpinned our moral guidelines.. The reality was often very different. By the age of 9 I had regularly witnessed bursts of domestic violence, adultery, and soon after, divorce.
